Planification, mise en œuvre et évaluation d'une communauté d'apprentissage sur les REL dans une faculté : la perspective d’une personne facilitatrice

Résumé

Une communauté d'apprentissage dans une faculté (CAF) dirigée par une personne bibliothécaire et axée sur les ressources éducatives libres (REL) peut être un moyen pratique et peu risqué de soutenir les programmes de REL sur un campus pendant et après leur démarrage initial. Créer un espace pour partager les succès et les défis de l'enseignement est un objectif important dans le voyage itératif vers l'ouverture. Les expériences et la confiance encouragées dans une CAF peuvent aider à sensibiliser et à engager l'adoption, l'approfondissement et l'expansion d'une culture d'ouverture. Les CAF offrent une occasion de se pencher sur l'ouverture qui améliore les relations à travers le campus, identifie les lacunes et met de l'avant la collégialité tout en enrichissant l'enseignement et l'apprentissage. Elles constituent un lieu privilégié pour le partage de pratiques pédagogiques et de nouvelles idées. Les stratégies clés pour la planification, la mise en œuvre et l'évaluation d'une CAF multidisciplinaire de professeurs de REL sont mises en évidence. Des conseils pratiques sont présentés pour favoriser des résultats fructueux et reproductibles. L'article résume les dix principales leçons tirées d'une année passée à animer une CAF sur les REL dans un établissement public polyvalent de quatre ans qui a dû passer aux cours en ligne pendant la pandémie de COVID-19. Il se termine par des suggestions d'étapes à suivre pour poursuivre le dialogue sur les REL entre le corps enseignant, les étudiants, les bibliothécaires, les concepteurs pédagogiques, le personnel des centres d'enseignement et d'apprentissage, l'administration et les autres parties prenantes.
